Dear Church Family,

One of the little discussed, but essential ingredients to a strong and growing church is this thing called “leadership”. While all of us understand that the success of any enterprise is directly related to leadership, we spend little time working to develop new leaders. I think, many times, we expect leaders to simply magically appear out of the mist. Or, we think that if someone wants to be a leader, God will bestow all the leadership skills on them that they will ever need. Both of these ideas can lead to a great vacuum of leadership.
